How to sell or rent out your property, step by step
- Go to propertyfinder.ae and select Sell in the top navigation, or go straight to the Sell or Rent Your Property page.
- Choose I want to sell my property or I want to rent out my property. Residential and commercial.
- Fill in the location and details of your property, your price expectation, and your timeline.
- Add your contact details and pick your agents. You’ll see up to ten SuperAgents ranked on their performance in your area. Choose up to three, or let Property Finder match you with top-rated agents.
- Confirm your Phone number.
- Expect a short call. In most cases, someone from Property Finder calls to confirm what you’re looking for. Only then is your request shared with the agents you picked.
What happens after you submit
The agents you picked receive your request and reply on WhatsApp, usually the same working day. If you chose more than one, you can compare how quickly they respond and what they propose before deciding who to work with.
